Sir, i have pharyngitis and swallowing issues... my lung x ray is normal... its related to lung... or not... how can i overcome this... please tell me sir/mam

Pharyngitis, especially when accompanied by difficulty in swallowing (dysphagia), is typically a condition affecting the upper respiratory tract — primarily the throat (pharynx) — and not the lungs. Since your chest X-ray is normal, it is unlikely that your symptoms are related to any lung pathology.
Pharyngitis is commonly caused by viral or bacterial infections, allergies, acid reflux (GERD), or irritants like smoking and pollution. Swallowing difficulty can occur due to throat inflammation, enlarged tonsils, or post-nasal drip.
Next Steps
Hydration: Drink plenty of warm fluids to soothe throat irritation.
Gargles: Use warm saline gargles 3–4 times a day.
Steam Inhalation: Helps in relieving nasal congestion and throat discomfort.
Avoid Irritants: Refrain from smoking, cold foods, and exposure to dust/pollution.
Check for Reflux: If symptoms persist or occur mainly at night, consider evaluation for acid reflux.
