I had d&c. After 4 days we had intercourse. then after 11days I am having brown discharge with little cramps. Is this normal? Or anything to worry about?

It is not normal.
You should normally wait for at least one week after the D&C before you have sex. For a bigger pregnancy the abstinence should be more.
It may lead to infection. So now you will need a course of antibiotics.
