Hi...scar revision or correction requires multiple skills including great surgical hand. You should seek out an expert dermatosurgeon by looking at the credentials. A dermatologist who knows not only surgery but fat grafting, keloid treatments and lasers can be the best judge of what will help your scar. In the meantime I suggest you apply Hexilak ultra gel twice daily to help the scar.
Next Steps
a video consultation will help in suggesting the right choice of treatment for your scar. please connect via practice or directly if you want any further help
