Surgery is required or not.....
Injured 1 month before.....this is my mri report .Findings- Moderate to severe sprain seen in acl involving anterolateral fibres with increased laxity of ligament. low grade partial tear cannot be ruled. Adv. Clinical correlation - Moderate joint effusion seen with supraplical extension. Grade 2 signal intensity in posterior horn of medial meniscus. Now I can walk but cannot squat. Walking is not as proper as earlier.

Do physical therapy with trained one
