I suffered from supraspinatus tendonities problem in my rit shoulder due to uncontrolled hyperextension of shoulder during weight training 6 yrs ago. No m alrit but strength of rit shoulder is little bit less than the left shoulder. What's the best physiotherapy exercise I can do at home for this problem?

I would suggest you visit a Physio and start with capsular strengthening and phase 2 exercises and gradually step up to phase 3. A Physio will guide you well.
