Hello doctor my height is 5'11" and my weight is nearly 62kg i think i dont get enough protein through my diet...i am think of taking whey protein or creatine plzzz tell what if i only take creatine or whey protein what will happen if i take creatine for 2mths or whey protein for 2mth plzzz tell in detail

Hi I understand your concern. To remain fit n build muscles, protein is not the only thing you need. You should have a balanced intake of carbs, fats n proteins. You can have eggs, milk n it's products, soyamilk, sprouts, lean meats as natural proteins,which taken in right amount shall definitely help you gaining muscle mass. Hi, Dont use any synthetic,or manmade protein supplement ,can cause side effects. Pls go through natural diet and stay healthy for long life. Thanku

Dnt make myth that protein is the reason for your low muscle mass. Less intake of carbs, fluids can be the reason. Dont overload ur body with proteins. Its having serious side effects.
