Since last six months iam doing gym nearly two huurs. Is it bad to take whey protein, BCAA and glutamine suppliments? If it is fine, what needs to be taken care when we take these supplements?

Gym workout persons requires more protein, mean in small intake we should get more protein, Bcaa, whey protein taking in short term is good idea to cover overall protein intake, but in long-term may be created health problems,so better way consum it under dietician/Nutritionist or gym trainer.

Hi You can have bcaa as ur pre workout and whey protein or glutamine as your post workout. No need to take all 3 together Other than this try to take balanced meal as 70% role is played by nutrition.

Hi, better to take natural protein stuff that will help you to gain healthy muscles mass as well to boost up your metabolism rate, so you will be able to absorb your meal in proper way and get nutrients

Gud after afternoon pls dont use lots of supplement at one time rather try to focus on having a proper balanced diet with exercise daily for 45 mins to 1hr early morning time preferably.

Hello You definitely need a high protein diet but try to consume more milk products, chicken, fish, eggs, sprouts and pulses. Long term consumption of whey protein and BCAA can negatively impact kidney function if diet is imbalanced.
