Hi thanks for queries - u can v plenty of fibre basd foods,curd ,yogurt, citrus fruits like lemon,orange, all gourd family vegetables like snake gourd,bittr gourd mix veg,strew may good for you. Some good yoga like DHANURASAN, BAZRASAN, free hand breast,belly,lowrblimb exercises are very effective but do as much possible two times consistently .Once u maintain all you will get significant results by month.
