Am 26 and weight is 90 kg which is very high according to my bmi...so recently i started gym for cardio but when i walk on treadmill my leg starts paining ..i think it is due to poor diet bcoz i dont like to consume dairy products , salads and so on. I just eat normal diet like roti and sabzi . So can u plz suggest good MULTI-MINERAL AND MULTI-
VITAMIN which is safe to take to fulfil my daily requirements ..thanks in advance

vitamin d is 30 so i take tayo 60 k once a week for 2 months then once a month and my all blood test is totally normal
