I am ectomorph(don't gain weight easily).Currently i bodybuilding ,i want to take whey protein,creatine,glutamine...etc.I want doctor or nutritionist opinion about taking supplements.It is okay to add above proteins in your diet or not

What i feel about supplements is that they should not be taken unless absolutely needed.
Always natural products are better than supplements.
If you want to take proteins, why don't you consider adding more eggs and meat to your diet.
