I am having a problem of loss memory after remembering something. I am student and have to learn new concepts frequently. However i cannot focus properly due to low concentration. I am also doing regular exercises but I think it is not showing proper results . I have come across various herbal supplements like ginkgo, Brahmi etc...to enhance memory power. But I don't which is the best one.
I am confused whether supplements can have side effects.

You need to make yourself relax.Refresh yourself it will help you to concentrate.Do some physical exercise regularly.Follow your meal timings regularly.Also add some hobby which will refresh you.
You can start doing meditation and add almonds

Walnut to your diet.
You can also add khaskhas for this season. That is also effective .
Start doing Brahmi Assam for 5 minutes.
Take more of juices in your diet
Add beverages and soups during the day.
