Ashwagandha maximum dose is 1 g per day 500 in morning after small meal and 500 at night after meal. Dont take ashwagandha empty stomach it might cause gastritis After running come home have a shot of protein/ low carb and then take ashwagandha And hydrate and have ors before u run Ashvagandha shows effect only after 2-3 months it will increase testisterone and build muscles fast
