Fever up and down in morning and evening
I have a fever before few days. I taken the paracetamol and vomiting medicine and after few hour I was ok But in morning time and evening time suddenly fever comes back.then.
Now my condition is not good before 2 days.
Currently I am eating apple, brown bread with jam, namkeen(NON spicy), and dry fruits.
