Hello, hope your well. I just had a question about some supplements I want to take. I don't have a deficiency but wanted to take vitamin b7 (biotin) for thicker hair and wanted to know what UG I should take. I currently take multivitamin and B12, however these is taken only once or twice a week. Thank you.

These type of vitamins you should only of it is defecient in your body .. nothing should be above limit.. biotin if you want to take consult a dermatologist first and if it is needed then follow his advice. Eat healthy and balanced diet and more fluids too .
