Supplement for Bones n Joints
Hi, i just started going to gym due to increased weight, n after 1 month of following 5 day workout and 2 day rest, feeling pain in shins and knees.Do i need to start taking any supplements like joint or bone supplements? Please advise

I will suggest to get you  get checked for Vit b12 Vit d3 Sr. Calcium levels If required then only supplement. After workout muscle is going to be fatigue and ache. So its normal. Do some strech out excercise before workout And apply ice pack at pain area .put ice pack in cloth and then apply for 20 mins . It will help
