Supplement for strong joint
I had mild shoulder joint pain due to injury at gym been to orthopaedist took pain medication and also attended physiotherapy session. Still on the way to recovery, is there supplementation I can take for faster recovery and to maintain healthy joints.

Do shoulder exercises. You are likely to develop frozen shoulder syndrome.

Take Vitamin D supplements, Joint muscle strengthening exercises regularly and avoid loading activities
