Suggestions for my son health
Hello doctor my son is 2 years old and he can't sleep properly in a day... I give best food to my son and in that situation he became angry so much due to not sleeping properly and he use to her mother milk so many times in a day Plz suggest mey what to do in this situation

You have not given the details as to how many hours in a day your baby sleeps. generally by this age around 10 to 12 hours is the babies sleep time .if it is less than that then it is a cause for worry .number 2 ,it seems your baby is also having problems with eating. this could be most probably due to extensive or excessive pampering and as the baby is now two years old ,you can try stopping breastfeeding. then the baby will be lookinge towards having other foods .one more tip is, you have to keep the food on different places which are within his reach like on the centre table and on corner table like that, but not going after him and feeding him into the mouth. generally children like to be independent, they want to take the food with their own hands and spoil them little bit and consume it a little bit. so you have to to prepare yourself for the mess and  you keep colourful foods like boiled carrots ,beetroot  cut apples  and so on in his vision so that he goes there and picks and eats whatever he likes..

Because of less sleep time ,child may be irritable and definitely decrease screen time during sleep hrs.

Reduce his screen time (tv, mobile) atleast 2 hrs prior to sleep time. Try to sleep with him at that time. This might help
