Mri report findings indicated - 'There is evidence of STIR increased signal intensity noted at calcaneal attachment of fibres of Achilles tendon associated with calcaneal spur', with following impressions- ' Tendinitis changes at calcaneal attachment of fibres of Achilles tendon with spur formation.Rest of the study is essentially normal'. Could you give your valuable guidance regarding what does it mean and whether knee replacement surgery is the only option ahead .
