Suggestion for circumcision
Hello... baby is 1 year and 7 month old...facing recurrent UTI...USG normal...blood report normal... urine r e normal... pediatrician suggest circumcision...I see 1.. 2 drop of urine stuck there under his foreskin ... too much white patches stock under his foreskin...and I can not pull his foreskin... picture attached??? Does baby need circumcision...???

Failure to retract foreskin is normal at this age.
Next Steps
Uncircumcised males though, tend to get more uti. Can't say that's the only reason here. A scan to rule out urinary reflux and a study to rule obstructions lower down should be done in recurrent uti
Health Tips
If reflux, he will have to be on continuous low dose antibiotic for some time
