Suggestion for Cholesterol free diet
Recently i have done a lipid profile test & there is a cholesterol present above than normal(209 total cholesterol) & triglycerides is 184. I have a tummy & i want to remove it by excersize & diet. So can you please advise which foods normally i will avoid in my daily diet for high cholesterol & triglycerides.
