Suggestio for muscle building suppliment
I am 21 years male and i want to gain muscles, i am looking forward to take whey protien powder shoud i take it or not as i want about 130 gms of protien a day which is not possible for me from food as i am a vegiterian ,i also want to take some suppliment which is as follows Celin 500 Antoxid by Dr reddy Evion 600 Lubri Joint plus Diax-OD Sea Cod JusDee 2000

To gain muscle u need good high protein diet. But being a vegetarian u take milk and milk products Paneer Pulses especially soyabean it's very good protein. Sprouts dal etc Don't take any supplement.

Increase intake of protein by adding milk and milk products to diet.Soyabean and lentils are good options for increasing protein in a vegetarian diet.Hv healthy combinations for good protein like cereal and milk.,lentils and cereal.Soyabean and wheat for chappati etc
