I am 21 years male and i want to gain muscles, i am looking forward to take whey protien powder shoud i take it or not as i want about 130 gms of protien a day which is not possible for me from food as i am a vegiterian ,i also want to take some suppliment which is as follows

To gain muscle u need good high protein diet.
But being a vegetarian u take milk and milk products
Paneer
Pulses especially soyabean it's very good protein.
Sprouts dal etc
Don't take any supplement.
