My sugar level is 149 after 1 hours of have lunch , is it normal or elevated, fasting level is 90 ,pls suggest, I am feeling burning in feet

Do a hba1c
Check ur Hb(CBC) if ur anemic 2* to vit b12 or FA def it can occur
Also comment on ur profession ,diet and any recent intake of ayurvedic medicine or any new health drinks

post meal sugar is done after 2 hour post 1 hour has no relevance. Your fasting sugar is normal

It seems normal.
Can be due to b12 deficiency.
Check for blood vit d and b12 levels.
