Ma'am First,You should recheck  your blood sugar levels with proper 8 hrs fasting for fasting blood sugar and  Post meal sugar at 2 hrs   after taking 75 grams of anhydrous sugar  with water. Meanwhile  you should modify your lifestyles with a proper balanced diet, exercise, weight reduction  and stress reduction and Consult a Good Physician with proper clinical  history for further guidance, evaluation and Management Thanks and Regards

Hello mam, we need to get a number of assessments done before we can conclude anything as such. Are you diabetic? Not possible to comment without the full battery of blood tests. How is ur HBA1c. Could you be pre diabetic and it is reversible! Absolutely possible.. how is ur fasting lipid profile. If not done. Do that please.. your BMI shows you are in class 1 obesity which is a bit concerned. I would recommend enforcing strict diet and rich in vegetables fibres and reduce fatty oily food and exercise 3 to 4 times a week for atleast half hour to 1 hour. If you can hit the gym for vigorous exercise for half hour. That would be great too. I think we can hope to reverse diabetes with just that ..
Next Steps
consult a diabetologist

Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation. Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.
