Suffering with neck and back pain

My self prashanth kumar
Age 33
Last 2 years iam suffering with back pain,
Now I taking precautions, now it is control,
But last 3 weeks onwards, iam suffering neck pain sir,
My job is in construction field
Daily I will travel to my job purpose up and down,
78 kms per day in 2 Wheeler splendor plus bike,
While traveling I will use lumbar belt.
Shall I continue bike,
Or can i shift to 4 Wheeler
If I continue 2 Wheeler is there any problem sir
Plz belt me sir

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you in detail.
-Control Hypertension, Diabetes or metabolic disorder, if there is any.
--. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding.
--. Keep no pillow under the head.
--. Avoid painful acts & activities.
--. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold.
