Being a woman and after the body goes through a pregnancy, there are many hormonal fluctuations in the body that lead to weight resistance. Diet management and exercise do not work as they ideally should during such conditions. You first need to set your hormones right and set your metabolism levels to induce weight loss.
Next Steps
Eat small frequent meals. You can contact on direct consult to get action points regarding the same. Alternatively, you can visit me to get a customised diet plan based on a hormone reset inducing weight loss.
