Suffering through Ectopic Pregnancy
I got my medical management by taking 2 doses of Methotrexate on 27Jan 2025. Before dose my beta HCG level was 1455 and after dose it reduced to 216 on 3Feb 2025. Now, the levels are 41 on 18 Feb 2025. Please suggest me how much time it will take to get reduced below 5. It's been really challenging mentally and physically for me these difficult days. Please help me out. Do I need to take another dose or what should I do? Please suggest @Pune gynaecologist.

Beta HCG is decreasing. It will come within normal limit on one or two weeks. You don't need more dose of methotrexate.
