Suffering from shoulder
Suffering from shoulder pain from past 2 year i get injured in gym in shoulder press exercise. I consult to many doctors some says its muscle tear problem. After some tym after i get injured i also feel pain in my neck nd sometimes stuffness in neck.and some times it feel i dnt have any problem the pain is very wired when i drive to much with my injured hand it hurts when start exercising it also hurt but when i do nothing it dosent hurt. Can anyone tell me whats the problem in my shoulder ??

Dear friend during gym bench press exercises. Or in weightlifters it is labrum anterior that get torn.you will have to get an scan done. If it is a significant labrum injury.you will improve after labrum repair. Can be done with arthroscopic Surgery.regards dr pankaj agrawal shoulder knee and joints reconstruction surgeon Ahmedabad.

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.. Warm up and cool down is a must.

Do MRI and tk laser treatment in physiotherapy. And avoid strain full activity. Do gradually all strength exercise after relief. Its tear. In MRI see that it muscular tear ya soft tissues injury. But follow this treatment u will ok

Apply ice pack for 10 to 15 mins in 4 to 5 sessions per day. Neck exercises should be done slowly and gently.  Avoid pillow, instead of pillow use neck pillow or a towel roll under neck to support neck. Find throwers ten exercise programme through Internet. Exercise programme can be done without any therabands and weights for 10 to 15 days, later start strengthening by using both therabands and weights. During the exercise programme there will a pain.. Slowly pain reduces. Apply ice pack, diclofenac gel, ultrasound therapy is beneficial consult a physiotherapist. If still pain is there or it increases please consult a orthopaedic surgeon who did fellowship in sports medicine.
