Suffering from lower back pain
I have been suffering back pain from last two days and already have started physiotherapy from 2 days but I don't see any relief in pain. I am not taking any medicines. Doctor saying that it is muscular pain and it can cause sometime due to heavy weight lifting/traveling etc. I had this pain in the past 3-4 times also but after consulting doctor & by taking medicines, hot water bag massage it was gone. But today another general physician doc said that if this doesn't get cured I've to do ultrasound because this could be some urinal infection/kidney stone/etc. Pls advise what am I suppose to do as I'm completely blank on this & getting nervous/tensed.
