Suffering from leg pain
My mom suffering from pain, recently she did scanning and doctor given tablets for her for one month. Zerodol P and pantodac 20. I have attached scan image please suggest.

On x-ray there are signs of significant medial joint space narrowing as well as osteophytosis which represents osteoarthritis of the knee.

According to the x ray you sent there's reduced joint space in knee , it's osteoarthritis of knee. Age related wear of the joint. You stop the process but you can delay by taking steps like weight loss, quadriceps strengthening exercises, avoid sitting cross legged, squatting and climbing stairs. For pain take Tab. Zerodol sp 1-0-1*5 days fter food Tab pan 40 1-0-0* 5 before breakfast Powergesic gel twice daily Can also take Jointace DN 0-1-0* 15 days after food

Nothing to worry much. She is have osteoarthritis of knee which is very common in that age. Lifestyle modification like weight reduction and physio to strengthen the muscles around knee will ease the pain
