K u can do one thing ,innmerse your feet in hot water for 20 mins in morning and evening and do Movements,And after 20 mins remove your feet and place it on towel andd grab the towel with your toes and release ,do this for 10-15mins and then apply ice pack.
Use soft sole while walking.
