Burning sensation in lower back and keg
Since last 3 days i am having some stress in lower back and burning sensation in outer thigh knee and below the knee in calf area . While walking the left feet feels little stressed not exactly painful . But this burning sensation is driving me crazy . Got physiotherapy relieved a bit but again after getting up in the morning it us the same .

NSAID with muscle relaxant Rest and continue physiotherapy

Get an MRI done. Maintain good posture with straight spine. Do back and core muscle strengthening exercises. Tab axogurd sr at bedtime for 2 weeks (This should help with the burning sensation)

pain medication and pregaba m at night time maintain spine in straight posture and Avoid forward bending and lifting weights sleep on Hard couch and avoid pillow under head and use it under knees do hot fomentation/physiotherapy

Its nerve compression from lower spine so radiculopathy is in leg. Get mri lumber spine done and consult
