Since yesterday suffering form fever, cough,cold, headache,vomiting, body pain. Always feeling weakness.

Take Tab PARACETAMOL, Tab CETRIZINE. Steam inhalation at night. Gargling with lukewarm water thrice daily. Investigate if fever persists more than 5 days.
