Suffering from fever
My son is suffering from fever since yesterday.
I gave syrup P-250 since yesterday but still the temperature is 99.89 can you suggest me what medicine should could you suggest any antibiotic.

Consult a pediatrician to decided if antibiotic is needed or not.....only fever is not an indication to start antibiotics bcz mostly these r viral infections...temp 99.5 is not a cause of concern
