Suffering from anxiety and depression
My dad is suffering from depression from 1 year.It is due to huge expenses this year.He himself does not accept that and claims that he has problem in his stomach.But we have visited many renowned doctors and nothing happend, also in tests everything comes normal.
Now his body has become very weak .He remains on bed throughout the day. Please help

Dear client. An elderly suffering from depression is very common regardless of the presence or absence or type of stressors. However in elderly depression the usual presentation is of bodily symptoms and apathy that is loss of drive. So the symptoms described dby you are indeed pointing towards depression and require treatment.
