Suddenly bp rise
Yesterday suddenly my bp rise I have anxiety and depression issue so I'm taking placida 10 mg and nexitoplus 5 mg and I'm taking for bp lodoz 5 mg normally my bp stay on 125/90 but yesterday it's rise repedley to 150/105 then I sleep or bed and doing relaxation breathing after an hour it's goes to normal 125/85 then I m worried about that ist due to anxiety or anything else I'm fine today my bp reading was 125/90 I'm

You are taking four medicines (two tablets, both having two active ingredients) for your Psychiatric disorder . It means that your Psychiatric problem is pretty bad and you will get bouts of anxiety often. I suggest you should have consulation with the top Psychiatrist of your area. Unless your Psychiatric problem is controlled, it will be difficult to control your BP.

See man  you need to do bp charting 3 times in a day for 5 day's. Follow DASH diet ( google it and make your diet plan) Reduce your salt and caffeine intake. Drink plenty of water. 4 liters per day. Avoid alcohol. Stop smoking if you do. Go for morning and evening walks. Do some physical exercises on a regular basis. Continue your treatment as advised by your doctor
