Sudden weakness at that time don't feel good strong headache sometimes nd will come stable after taking headache medicine . Last monthI had done my hb and stole test and results were 9g hb and brown earthworms after completed my above problems treatment I felt good for 7-8days bt after that same problem came , sudden weakness nd also my diet was reduced..

Your hemoglobin is low.. so weakness can be because of that or any other vit defeciency .. u can get ur vit b12 and vit d level checked.. meanwhile drink plenty of fluids and healthy diet
