Sudden shock
Hello Doctor. Since about one year i have a sudden shock on my chesht and my stomach last about 1-2 secone.I did ecg and eco are fine, and sonar for stomach also fine... Im on escitalopram 10 mg for my panic attack.

The pain you described lasting for seconds is unlikely related to cardiac issues.Any significant pain lasts for minutes and hours. You wrote your ECG and echo are normal.
