  4. Sudden lower back pain. Please advise!

Sudden lower back pain
About 2 weeks ago while getting up from a chair I felt a sudden sharp pain on the left side of my lower back (even below). I don't think it is in any bone or joint. But the pain is persisting since then, and I am finding it difficult to sit for long, or bend and pick up things from the ground. Please advise!

Like the answers? Consult privately with the doctor of your choice

Pain might be arising from lower lumbar spine or u might have strained your lower back muscle. However there seems to be no serious issues as per your complaint.
Next Steps
Take analgesic for a week with local spray/ gel Hot fomenting If pain permits do back and core strengthening exercises as per your tolerance Gradually build up on walking/ jogging Maintain proper posture. If it persist better consult a specialist
