Sudden Difficulty in pronuncing few word
I feel stiffness near the ear and pain near below eye when I'm trying to pronounce few words. The condition gets worse after I have long conversation. I already showed to a dentist for jaw pain, I got pain killer and asked to remove wisdom tooth. Earlier I had stress, overthinking issue and sinusitis, which is now reduced after taking medication from ENT and neuro. Now I get good night sleep. Not sure whom to approach, I have difficulty in daily life.

Will advice you to consult neurologist and orthopedic surgeon as well. As you have stiffness near the ear and elbow. So it could be your jaw bones or naw muscles related problem. Also MRI brain with neck will help to rule out nerve, blood vessels or brain disorder.

It’s very difficult to make diagnosis at this stage. Consult a Neurologist and need to rule out Neuralgia. Take NICIP 100 and B12. Need be you may require CT head and neck . Since it’s a recent phenomenon please don’t ignore. If CT becomes normal then this could be due to muscle spasm and to be treated accordingly. neurologist will be best person to guide and treat you
