Nervous stiffness pain in neck and ear

I'm confused to whom I have to consult which doctor. I'm suffering with severe neck stiffness and pain. Also my ear is paining while opening my mouth or taking burp even I feel block in my right ear. I don't know may be my ear pains cause of neck or these r two different problem. Plzz suggest to whom I would consult.plzzz
