  3. Stiff neck. Shoulder area. please help?

Stiff neck
I have got stiff neck from yesterday .Can't move my head .Have got pain around the neck and shoulder area. Please help

Like the answers? Consult privately with the doctor of your choice

Take rest,give warm compression,have hot water bath...do not stop regular activities and try to move your neck and shoulders as much as possible... Take over the counter medications... Consult orthopedic surgeon if no improvement Regards
