What is the Treatment for subserosal fibroid?
Can it be treated with medicine or surgery is necessary? Is there any laser surgery for this?
Right now i dont have any symptoms of fibroid. Got to know about this in Tvs scan done for my Anembroynic pregnancy.
Details: There are posterior wall subserosal fibroid measuring 38 x 27 mm, Left lateral subserosal 71 x 60 mm, Right lateral subserosal 20 x 18.9 mm.

Thank you in Advance.

It all depends on what your aim is !
If you want to have more children and you have no symptoms then you don't touch them. No treatment.
If you have no symptoms but you don't want more children, you may get yourself checked every six months to see if they are growing or not.
If you have symptoms then you should get treated. Medical treatment and Surgical treatment, both are available. Medical treatment is very expensive. It is not the final treatment. Some day you'll have to go for surgery.
Your fibroids are of moderate size. Easy to remove with no hassles. Medical treatment will need many investigations and also prolonged follow up.
Laser surgery is available but it only makes your surgery bloodless. Other follow up remains the same like conventional surgery.
This is a huge topic. Even for proper counseling you should seek a proper consultation.
