Subclinical hypothyroidism
This is for my 50 year old mom. She told me: “I have the above mentioned condition, as my medical report says my tsh is 6.3 and everything else about my thyroid is normal. I have diabetes too (8.7 average of 3 months). I have been losing a lot of hair since 3-4 months. I started taking Thyroidinum (homeopathic medecine).  My hemoglobin is normal. What to do? Both for thyroid and for hair loss.

You need to start with thyronorm tablet , also start with diabetes meds. Don't have idea about homeopathic drugs much.

Hello This is a case of subclinical hypothyroidism Usually we don't treat if a person has TSH levels below 10 but if there are associated symptoms like weight gain ,dry skin, constipation, and feeling cold then we need to do complete thyroid profile like TSH and freeT3 and T4 and then we can decide whether to tk treatment or not As far as diabetes is concerned it's uncontrolled in her case Please don't not take ayurvedic medication for it You can consult me everyday btw 9pm to 12am Thankyou
