Subclinical hypothyroidism diet
Hello doctor, I was diagnosed with subclinical hypothyroidism and I easily get stressed. Before two months, i had checked my vitamin d3 level which was around 25 and for that, i was taking d3 supplement for some weeks. Currently, i am taking ostocalcium plus and folic acid(for sickle cell trait). I also easily catch cold and now having hairfall. Could you please give me some diet tips for better health. Today, after watching few videos, i ordered brazil nuts for my thyroid functioning and overall health. Please let me know how many days should i consume those nuts as i read it also causes selenium toxicity. Should i consume few days in a week instead of regular consumption ? Please guide me.  I have attached my thyroid profile report. Thank you🙏🏻
