Hello dr. My scan done at10 weeks. Fetal heart beat 176 bpm.Scan shows SCH 1.7 cmx1.1cm with no bleeding. Dr. Prescribed duphastone 3 times a day. I am on bed rest from 2 weeks. Will it resolve or cause misscarriage. It's natural pregnancy.

There will always be a risk of miscarriage as long as bleeding is present . With good care and medication the risk can be reduced and miscarriage can be avoided

First of all every pregnancy is different.. there are so many factors we have to take into account.....so when u are asking these questions it's very difficult to give a direct answer.
Seeing the size of haemorrhage and other factors now......wait for 2 to 3 weeks , continue the medications as advised.., always watch out for any bleeding if visible...then get a scan done......
Mostly by the end of first trimester things start improving
