I got an ultrasound done and diagonsed subchorionic collection that circumference 50-70% gestation sac . Shortening of cervix to 2.3cm. I was given injection tranexa, hcg, proluton ,duadilon ,emset, pantop,.since then there is no bleeding but I have brown discharge and continuous pain lower abdomen on standing that get relived on lying down. Can you please tell me the prognosis? Also this pain get elevated sometimes.
