My problem is I am facing depression due to studies.I m intelligent but i m not able to use it properly in studies.I am also diagnoised ADHD by a psycologist. Plz HELP

Depression and ADHD often coexist together. you will require treatment for both. The consultation with psychiatrist is needed in your case.
