I am 19 yrs old n my height is 5'0" and my weight is 83 that make me obese i am starting with my weight loss journey i have enrolled myself to gym but the problem is i hve no one to give me diet guidance and i have kept my frst goal to lose 15 kgs in 2 months or 3 months so if anyone can help with the diet will be helpful...thank you

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
