Stroke patient need general medicine
My mother is a stroke patient. She suffered stroke on 27th February, 2020. Her left side became paralysis. After the discharge the hospital, she was recovering well i.e. she can move her left hand. Last 5 days, she is not giving proper response to physiotherapy. I mean, she is unable to move the left hand. Also, she is speaking very less. But she is in full conscious mind. She can understand, realize and little bit talk also. Also I have MRI report.

Having treated a whole lot of stroke patients I have the following advice 1. Continue with physiotherapy 2. Add tab Citistar (Citicholine) 500 mg two times daily 3. Add tab Cogniwel 1 tab Rhee times a day Above two to be added after checking if the current medications so if you are not confident send me a list will tell you if the above are in the current medications 4. I have in addition always given virgin coconut out 1 tablespoon direct or in a coffee or a vegetable soup each day so please start the same as you can see some very good results after 30 to 60 days. Please note this is a slow recovery and it will take time
Next Steps
Continue with physiotherapy and let me know if you need me to review your meds
