Go for a comprehensive medical examination as just BP,  sugar and pulse will not be sufficient to determine your health condition. This could be neurological issue. Breathing difficulties should not be taken lightly or ignored. First of all consult a doctor immediately without presuming things.

I understand your concern. Though your parameters appear normal at that time, the symptoms you have mentioned may be due to organic problems as well as anxiety disorder. More clarity is needed regarding your issue to decide on the severity of your condition. However it is easily manageable with appropriate treatment, so that dysfunction due to the same can be reduced and your quality of life will improve. Some counselling sessions and if needed medical help might be useful for you. I suggest you first visit a physician to rule out any organicity. I would also be more than happy to help you with that if you are looking for further online assistance. You can directly consult with me through Practo as needed. Online chat consultation is available.
